Gil Sever
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding Safend, Gil Sever held several senior level positions within the security industry. Mr. Sever served as COO of ECTEL (NASDAQ:ECTX), a leading provider of monitoring solutions for IP, telephony and cellular networks. He also held the position of Israel Site Manager and VP R&D for Aeroscout (formerly Bluesoft), a company focusing on WiFi and Bluetooth location finding. Prior to his positions in the private sector, Mr. Sever served 18 years in the Israeli Defense Forces, where he managed Strategic Planning and large scale R&D groups and projects in the areas of communications, communication-protocols and data security. Mr. Sever holds B.SC and M.SC degrees in electrical engineering from the Technion and Tel Aviv Universities respectively. |

Avishai Fishman
Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Safend, Mr. Fishman Served as Chief Financial Officer and legal advisor for Medic4All Group, a Swiss multinational group of companies that develops telemedicine products and services. Mr. Fishman also served as a board member for several of Medic4All Group’s companies, including two Ireland-based companies and an Israeli R&D company. Previously, Mr. Fishman held management positions at Ernst & Young and KPMG. Mr. Fishman holds a L.L.B. degree in Law, a B.Sc. degree in Accounting and an MBA in finance management from the Tel-Aviv University. |

Hay Hazama
Vice President, Research and Development

Prior to joining Safend, Hay Hazama managed large scale R&D projects in the field of telephony and cellular communication projects at ECTEL (NASDAQ:ECTX). Prior to ECTEL, Mr. Hazama served in the Israeli Defense Forces - where he managed large groups of developers, and many successful cutting edge projects. |

Shmulik Dahan
Vice President, Projects

| Prior to joining Safend, Shmulik Dahan served 5 years in the Directorate of Defense Research and Development (DDR&D) for the Israeli Ministry of Defense, where he managed broad-based research as well as systems architecture, design and development programs in the area of technology and intelligence systems. Prior to this position, Mr. Dahan served 20 years in the Israeli Defense Forces, where he lead the R&D branch responsible for engineering, data security and hardware and software development programs. Mr. Dahan holds an B.SC in Electrical Engineering from the Technion and an MBA from the Ben-Gurion University. |

Susan Callahan
Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
|
Prior to joining Safend, Susan Callahan was Vice President of Business Development at Opalis Software where she expanded new business opportunities that led to the successful growth of Opalis. Ms. Callahan was also previously responsible for business development at NetIQ Corporation, where she initiated and developed numerous strategic relationships. Prior to NetIQ, Ms. Callahan was responsible for creating the indirect channel at Avesta Technologies (acquired by Visual Networks). She has also held various business development and marketing management positions at Hewlett Packard OpenView and Prolin Software. Ms. Callahan has been an ITIL early adopter and has presented on the "Benefits of IT Service Management" at conferences around the world. Ms. Callahan is a graduate of both the London School of Economics and University of California San Francisco Graduate Studies Programs; holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston University; and is ITIL Master Certified.

Jay Smilyk

| Prior to joining Safend, Jay Smilyk spent seven years at Check Point Software Technologies, an internet security software company, in various sales management roles. In his most recent position, Mr. Smilyk established and managed the System Integrators and Major Accounts teams responsible for enterprises such as IBM, Unisys, CSC, SunMicrosystems, HP, Lockheed Martin as well as Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining Check Point, Mr. Smilyk held executive and sales positions with companies such as Intermedia communications, Reiter Associates and InPower. Mr Smilyk holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Delaware. |

Omri Horowitz

| Prior to joining Safend, Omri Horowitz was Founder and General Manager of SilkWay Ltd., a sales accelerators to the Asia Pacific region. Under Mr. Horowitz's management, the company gained significant success providing innovative prepaid services to the Chinese Telecommunications market in partnership with leading operators such as China Telecom and China mobile. Previous positions include Manager of APAC at ECI – InnoWave Wireless Systems and VP Sales at Lansys, where he established distribution channels and strategic OEM relationships with enterprises such as Fujitsu- Japan, Shanghai Bell - China and Samsung Korea as well as managing large scale sales operations with TOT Thailand, Bayantel and Globe Philippines. |

Mony Bulocinic

| Prior to joining Safend, Mony Bulocinic held several senior positions in AudioCodes (NASDAQ:AUDC), a leading provider of VoIP technology and Voice Network products. In his last role Mr. Bulocinic served as Director of Product Marketing, participated in the Blade Business Line Management and in the process of several M&As. Prior to his positions in the private sector, Mr. Bulocinic served 7 years in the Israeli Defense Forces, where he managed a large group of developers and projects in the area of communications. Mony Bulocinic holds B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in electronic engineering (Tel Aviv University) and a Business Economy MBA from Reccanati Business School in Tel Aviv University. |

Leah Washington
Associate Vice President, Marketing

| Prior to joining Safend, Leah Washington was a member of the executive team at MessageLabs, a global Instant Messaging, Email, and Web security company, where she was responsible for the direct and channel marketing strategy in North America. Ms. Washington was also previously responsible for driving the distribution marketing initiative at Symbol Technology, where she developed the channel promotions strategy and successfully launched new mobile products and professional services programs via Symbol’s vast distribution and reseller channels. Prior to Symbol, Ms. Washington was responsible for the International Marketing group at Kingston Technology, where she lead the corporate and channel marketing initiatives for Canada, Mexico, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. Ms. Washington holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of New Mexico. |
