Ari Bronshtein Co-CEO Elron Electronics Industries Ltd.

Mr. Bronshtein joined Elron as Co-CEO in May 2009, and served as a director at Elron from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Bronshtein has served as Vice President at Discount Investment Corporation ("DIC") since 2006. Mr. Bronshtein serves as a director at several of Elron's companies, including ChipX, RDC, Safend, Starling, Teledata and Wavion. Mr. Bronshtein brings extensive experience in public and private capital raisings, investment management, and business development & analysis. Mr. Bronshtein previously served as Vice President and Head of the Economic and Business Development Division of Bezeq, Israel's national landline operator, prior to which he held various executive positions at Bezeq, Comverse and Tadiran. Currently, Mr. Bronshtein serves as a director at several DIC companies, including Cellcom Israel, the largest cellular operator in Israel, and Hadera Papers, the leading Israeli manufacturer and marketer of paper and paper products. Mr. Bronshtein holds a BA degree in Finance and Management and an MA degree in Finance and Accounting, both from Tel Aviv University. |

Ben Rabinowitz Managing Partner and Founder of Amiti Ventures

Ben Rabinowitz is the Managing Partner and Founder of Amiti Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in Israeli high tech companies. Mr. Rabinowitz focuses on late stage companies within mobility, IT infrastructure, and digital media. Prior to Amiti Ventures, Mr. Rabinowitz held various leadership roles in Israeli technology companies. He has a successful track record in leading mergers and acquisitions, integrating acquisitions, executing product strategies, and in building, turning around, and growing profitable organizations. Mr. Rabinowitz holds an MBA with high honors from Georgetown University. |

Eyal Kaplan Walden Israel Venture Capital
|
Eyal Kaplan joined Walden Israel in 1995, shortly after the firm was founded. Walden Israel is an independent early stage venture capital firm with institutional investors from the US, Europe and Israel. Mr. Kaplan focuses on early stage investments in information technology and wireless communications companies. He currently serves on the Boards of several Walden portfolio companies. Prior to joining Walden Israel, Mr. Kaplan was one of the early senior executives at Geotek Communications, a U.S. pioneering company specializing in wireless and mobile data technology. Mr. Kaplan was a regular speaker at industry and Wall Street conferences on wireless communications and mobile data. Mr. Kaplan holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Technion in Israel, an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, and an MA in international studies from the School of Arts and Sciences at The Lauder Institute, the University of Pennsylvania. He is the Chairman of the Wharton-Israel Alumni Club and the Chairman of the Technion Alumni Association, and is active in a couple of leading not-for-profit organizations in Israel.

Gil Sever Chief Executive Officer, Safend

Prior to founding Safend, Gil Sever was the COO of ECTEL (NASDAQ:ECTX), a leading provider of monitoring solutions for IP, telephony and cellular networks. Prior to ECTEL, Mr. Sever was the Israel Site Manager and VP R&D of Airoscout (formerly Bluesoft), a company focusing on WiFi and Bluetooth location finding. Prior to that Mr. Sever served 18 years in the Israeli Defense Forces, where he managed Strategic Planning and large scale R&D groups and projects in the areas of communications, communication-protocols and data security. Mr. Sever holds B.SC and M.SC degrees in electrical engineering from the Technion and Tel Aviv Universities respectively. |

Dr. Yona Hollander Industry Expert
|
Dr. Yona Hollander is an entrepreneur in the IT security area with over 20 years of experience. Dr. Hollander served as Vice President of Security Research for McAfee. Prior to that, Dr. Hollander was a founder and served as Vice President of Security Research in Entercept which was acquired by McAfee. Before Entercept, Yona held multiple management and development positions in several startups and at the IBM Research Center in Haifa. |
