QA engineer
Job description:
Testing Safend’s leading software security products, evaluating the quality of different modules and features.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manual software testing
- Knowledge and Experience in test planning and documentation.
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
- Administration level experience with Windows OS environments (MSCE/MCSA - an advantage).
- Experience in testing security products (AntiVirus/Firewall/DLP) – Big advantage
- Knowledge in networking protocols (TCP/IP)
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
- BA Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Industrial Engineering from an acknowledged University
Tier 4 Customer Support Engineer
Job description:
Be part of Safend’s global support center in Israel; Provide high quality Technical Support for all the company’s products. Work directly with Safend’s channel partners and customers, including online troubleshooting and offline investigation, and research of challenging cases.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in tier 2 or 3 customer support positions.
- Expertise in at least two of the following areas: Active Directory, Security, IT, DB,
- Networking, Windows Administration.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- English mother tongue - Big advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- B.Sc. degree from an acknowledged university in Computer Science/Information
- Systems/Industrial Engineering– Big advantage.

Software Engineer - .NET Developer
Required Skills:
- At least three years development experience- required
- Excellent design capabilities – required
