QA leader will participate in various testing phases ranging from Integration to System and Beta, while executing different types of testing according to both PM requirements, and technical implementations:
- Functionality
- GUI
- E2E
- Exploratory
- Upgrades
- Localization
- Disaster recovery
- etc…
As a team member, the following will be the bread and butter of everyday routine:
- Writing/Executing STD’s.
- Finding issues and understanding levels of severity and probability.
- Opening bugs and enhancements.
- Perform verifications on fixed issues.
- Work with the developers to achieve a better, more robust product.
- Plan and execute as part of Scrum team.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years as a QA engineer/Tech Leader/Team leader
- Ability to lead and mentor team members
- Solid technical background
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Professional background in Cyber security and/or Information security – advantage
- Completion of QA course and/or certification- advantage
- Experience as a scrum master – advantage
